MINI CHEESE CAKE

Bahan-bahan

120g biskut, hancurkan (blend je)
60g butter… lembutkan
250g cream cheese (Tattura)
1/2 cawan gula halus (boleh kurang sikit bagi yg tak suka manis)
1 biji telur
1/2 sudu kecil esen vanilla
Blueberry secukupnya (atau blueberry paste)

Cara-cara

Panaskan oven pada suhu 175C. Lapiskan muffin tins dgn paper cases. Bagi yg takde paper cases, griskan muffin tins.
Gaulkan biskut dgn butter, masukkan 1 sudu besar ke dalam setiap paper case dan tekan2 biar padat kat bawah.
Masukkan cream cheese,telor, gula, vanilla ke dalam mangkuk besar, pukul sehingga jadi cream.
Isikan setiap paper case tadi dgn adunan cream cheese, biar 4/5 penuh. Letak 3-4 biji blueberry kat tengah.
Bakar selama 20 minit. Biar sejuk pada suhu bilik sebelum dikeluarkan dari muffin tin. Bagi yg tak guna paper case, guna pisau atau benda tajam potong sekeliling cheesecake sebelum keluarkan nya dari muffin tin.

resepi kek karot

4 biji telur , asingkan putih dan kuning
1 1/2 caw minyak mazola, selalu ku hentam minyak masak vesawit aje
1 caw gula halus
1 1/2 cawan gula perang
( tapi kalau kak ida buat 1/2 caw gula halus, 1 caw madu, sbb madu banyak sgt kat rumah, tak tahu nak buat apa )
1 1/2 caw karot parut ( dalam sebiji gitu )
1 cawan kekcag cincang, apa-apa kacang pun boleh, walnut paling sedap ..panggang dulu sikit

A . putih telur - putar sampai kembang

B.bahan-bahan lain, campur semua kacau rata

C.tepung gandung 250gm
1.5 suduteh baking poder
1 sudu theg garam


masukkan puih telur dan tepung gandum berselang seli kedlm bahan B , kacau rata....
bakar 50 min, 180 degree

done.........

topping

100gm chese
150gm butter
icing sugar agak-agak manis

putar semua
semua ni ayak dulu

Superfine flour 280gm

Milk (air kotak susu dutch lady tu (fullcream)) 60gm
Vanilla 1 tsp

Cara:

1. Pukul (A) 10 minit sehingga kembang
2. Campur B dan pukul 5 minit
3. Pukul telur di luar dan masukkan sedikit2 sehingga sebati (campur vanilla terus sambil kacau)
4. Campur D dan slow speed
5. Tuang ke dalam loyang, bakar suhu 170C 40-50 minit

boleh guna utk cupcake, muffin.

kalo nak tambah pisang ke,buah2 ke.. kena tukar tepung dari superfine ke highprotein...
buah2 anggaran dalam 150gm...


kalo tambah seperti choc rice, choc chips.. kurangkan gula dalam 50gm..

No-Bake Cheese Cake

Bahan A:
biskut oreo
biskut digestive
butter cair

cara: hancurkan biskut2 dan gaul dgn butter cair. kuantiti agak2 jer. hehe
pastu masukkan dlm cup/aluminium foil. takyah tekan2 pon takpe

Bahan B:
250gm cream cheese
2 sudu gula icing

cara: pukul cheese dan gula sampai kembang. gula tu letak sikit, sambil pukul sambil rasa sampai mencapai kemanisan yg disukai. dah kembang, letak ajer kat atas bahan A yg dah dimasukkan ke dlm cup/aluminium foil dan kemudian letakkan blueberi kat atas.
- masukkan dlm fridge kejap sebelum makan.

Blueberi secukupnya

Kek Choc Cheese Orange


BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
130 g mentega
130 g cream cheese
4 biji telur gred A
150 g gula halus
260 g tepung gandum*
1/2 camca teh soda bikarbonate*
1/2 camca teh baking powder*
40 g serbuk koko*(*digaul rata dan diayak)
2 camca besar golden syrup (boleh ganti dengan "madu")
1 biji oren, parut kulitnya
50 ml jus oren (perah dari oren di atas)


CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)

Satukan mentega, cream cheese dan gula, putar hingga putih dan gula hancur. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus memutar hingga kembang. Jarak waktu untuk satu telur = 1 minit. Masukkan parutan kulit oren, putar rata.
Pada kelajuan perlahan, masukkan tepung tadi berselang seli dengan jus oren, hingga habis. Macam biasa kalau masuk berselang seli, mesti diakhiri dengan tepung. Putar hingga semua sebati.
Kaup adunan dengan spatula untuk meratakan mana2 bahagian dalam mangkuk adunan yang kurang rata. Sudukan adunan 3/4 penuh dalam muffin cup. Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 190C selama 25 minit atau hingga masak.
Sejukkan atas jaringan sebelum dihidang. Kalau suka boleh juga disapu cream dan hias ikut kreativiti masing2....

Resepi kek gula hangus


A: 120gm gula
50gm air (biasa/suam)
240gm air panas

B: susu pekat 120gm
minyak 90ml tau bukan gm
madu 12gm (boleh ganti susu pekat)
telur 3 biji
tepung gandum 150gm
soda bikarbonat 5gm (1 sudu besar)

1. didihkan gula dan air sehingga warna coklat, tambah perlahan2 air panas, kacau
dan biarkan sejuk.

2. bekas lain, susu pekat, minyak, madu.. pukul sebati
tambah telur, sebatikan, tambah tepung(ayak dulu).. pukul rata, masukkan no 1
tapis adunan.
perap 40 minit


3. soda bikarbonat kacau dengan satu sudu besar air
masukkan dlm no 2, kacau rata
perap 5 minit

4. bakar 160 C dalam 35 minit (ikut oven)

note: loyang sapu dengan mentega / marjerin

BASIC BAKED CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:
For the pie crust
25 pcs Marie Biscuits or any other digestive biscuits, crushed or dry blended
1/4 cups margarine, melted ( Boleh cairkan guna microwave, 40sec on HIGH)

* Combine both and press on to baking tray. If you are using a spring foam baking tray it`ll be easier to take out but if you are using a normal baking tray, pls line it with grease proof paper. Easier to invert it out of tray.
* Do not press crust mixture too hard or else you`ll find it difficult to cut the cake later on.
* Refrigerate the crust while we prepare the cheese filling.

For the cheese filling
2 packages (250gm each) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 tspn vanilla essence
2 eggs
1 tblspn lemon juice(optional)

Method:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixture on medium speed until well blended. Add vanilla essence.
2. Add eggs and mix just until blended. Do not overmix.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 deg celcius for 50-60mins or until centre of cake is almost set. Let cool for a while before refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight. May be taken as it is or can be garnished as to your liking.

**kalo bakar kek ni, guna api bawah saja. slmt mencuba.. cheers
